Sections 38-1501 to 38-1518 shall be known and may be cited as the Hearing Instrument Specialists Practice Act.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 38-1501
- Hearing instrument: means any wearable instrument or device designed for or offered for the purpose of aiding or compensating for impaired human hearing and any parts, attachments, or accessories, including earmold, but excluding batteries and cords. See Nebraska Statutes 38-1504
