Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 71-6219

• Board: shall mean the State Board of Health. See Nebraska Statutes 71-6205
• Division: shall mean the Division of Public Health of the Department of Health and Human Services. See Nebraska Statutes 71-6208.01
• Regulatory entity: shall mean any board, commission, agency, division, or other unit or subunit of state government which regulates one or more professions, occupations, industries, businesses, or other endeavors in this state. See Nebraska Statutes 71-6219
• State: when applied to different states of the United States shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories organized by Congress. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
