Digital-on-premises ticket means a digital ticket purchased in person on a mobile or other electronic device verified to be present at the location of the lottery operator or an authorized sales outlet location in accordance with subdivision (3)(b) of section 9-651.01.

- Digital-on-premises ticket: means a digital ticket purchased in person on a mobile or other electronic device verified to be present at the location of the lottery operator or an authorized sales outlet location in accordance with subdivision (3)(b) of section 9-651. - Lottery operator: shall mean any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation which operates a lottery on behalf of a county, city, or village. See Nebraska Statutes 9-614
- Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
