‘Minor’ means any person who is:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Less than 18 years of age; or
2. Less than 19 years of age if the guardianship of the person is continued until the person reaches the age of 19 years pursuant to NRS 159A.191.
