‘Indigent defense services’ means the provision of legal representation to:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. An indigent person who is charged with a public offense; or
2. An indigent child who is:
(a) Alleged to be delinquent; or
(b) In need of supervision pursuant to title 5 of NRS.
