Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 193.240
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. To prevent an offense against his or her person, family or some member of his or her family.
2. To prevent an illegal attempt, by force, to take or injure property in his or her lawful possession.
