‘Cemetery project’ means facilities pertaining to a municipal cemetery for use of all inhabitants of the municipality, including without limitation sites therefor, mortuaries, mausoleums, crematories, coffins, urns, markers (or any combination thereof), and other buildings, structures, fixtures, furnishings and equipment therefor.
