An employee who is required to prepare a report on the performance of an employee who holds a position in the classified service must, before the employee prepares the report, have received training in its proper preparation. The training must be:

- Administrator: means the Administrator of the Division. See Nevada Revised Statutes 284.015
1. Provided within 6 months of the employee’s appointment; and
2. Provided or approved by the Administrator.
