Before becoming a dealer, supplier, exporter or transporter, a person shall apply to the Department, on forms to be prescribed and furnished by the Department, for a license authorizing the applicant to engage in business as a dealer, supplier, exporter or transporter.

  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
