For each grant of money awarded pursuant to NRS 388.393, 388.394 or 388.395, the Executive Officer of the State Board shall designate a program professional to:

- State Board: means the State Board of Education. See Nevada Revised Statutes 385.007
1. Evaluate the manner in which the money was expended and the effectiveness of the program of career and technical education for which the money was granted; and
2. Report the results of the review to the State Board.
