Except as otherwise provided in NRS 388C.120, American history, including, without limitation, the history of the:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 389.057
- Public schools: means all kindergartens and elementary schools, junior high schools and middle schools, high schools, charter schools and any other schools, classes and educational programs which receive their support through public taxation and, except for charter schools, whose textbooks and courses of study are under the control of the State Board. See Nevada Revised Statutes 385.007
1. Constitution of the United States, including, without limitation, the Bill of Rights;
2. State of Nevada, including, without limitation, the Constitution of the State of Nevada; and
3. Declaration of Independence, must be taught in all of the public schools in the State of Nevada for a period of at least 1 year.
