‘Document of indebtedness’ means any contract, note, instrument or other evidence of indebtedness entered into by a resident of this state and a private elementary, secondary or postsecondary educational institution, its agent or lending agency specifying the terms of payment for educational services to be provided by any private elementary, secondary or postsecondary educational institution.
