Nevada Revised Statutes 439.986 – ‘Sterile hypodermic device program’ or ‘program’ defined

As used in NRS 439.985 to 439.994, inclusive, ‘sterile hypodermic device program’ or ‘program’ means a program established pursuant to NRS 439.987 for the safe distribution and disposal of hypodermic devices.
