‘First-aid station’ means a fixed location at the site of a special event that is staffed by:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. At least one licensed attendant who is an emergency medical technician, advanced emergency medical technician or paramedic; or
2. A person with a higher level of skill than the levels described in subsection 1 who is capable of providing emergency medical care within his or her scope of practice and is licensed pursuant to this chapter or exempt from licensure pursuant to subsection 7 of NRS 450B.160.
