All final determinations, findings and conclusions of the Board or Division under the provisions of NRS 453.011 to 453.552, inclusive, are final and conclusive decisions of the matters involved. Any person aggrieved by the decision is entitled to judicial review of the decision in the manner provided by chapter 233B of NRS. Findings of fact by the Board or Division, if supported by substantial evidence, are conclusive.

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
