- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. If the device has a value of less than $1,200, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
2. If the device has a value of $1,200 or more, is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
