Any person aggrieved by a final decision in a contested case before the Department under this chapter is entitled to judicial review of the decision in the manner provided by chapter 233B of NRS.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
