Any person who has signed the application of a minor for a motorcycle driver’s license may thereafter file with the Department a verified written request that the license of the minor so granted be cancelled. Thereupon, the Department shall cancel the license of the minor, and the person who signed the application of the minor is relieved from the liability imposed pursuant to NRS 486.011 to 486.381, inclusive, by reason of having signed such application on account of any subsequent negligence or willful misconduct of such minor in driving a motorcycle.
