Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 564.010
- Animals: means :
(a) All cattle or animals of the bovine species. See Nevada Revised Statutes 564.010
- Department: means the State Department of Agriculture. See Nevada Revised Statutes 564.010
- Director: means the Director of the Department. See Nevada Revised Statutes 564.010
1. ’Animals’ means:
(a) All cattle or animals of the bovine species.
(b) All horses, mules, burros and asses or animals of the equine species.
(c) All swine or animals of the porcine species.
(d) All sheep and goats.
(e) Alternative livestock as defined in NRS 501.003.
2. ’Department’ means the State Department of Agriculture.
3. ’Director’ means the Director of the Department.
