A person shall not procure a consumer report to resell or disclose the report or the information contained in the report unless the person discloses to the reporting agency which originally furnished the report:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. The identity of the intended ultimate user of the report or information; and
2. The only purposes for which the information will be used.
