1.  The Division shall establish and maintain a directory of the newly hired employees in this State that complies with the requirements set forth in 42 U.S.C. § 653a.

2.  Within 3 business days after the date information regarding a newly hired employee is entered into the directory established pursuant to subsection 1, the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services shall provide the information to the National Directory of New Hires established pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 653(i).

3.  Each calendar quarter, the Department shall submit to the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services the information required by the Secretary pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 653a(g)(2)(B).

4.  Upon request, the Department shall provide the information included in the directory established pursuant to subsection 1 to the agencies described in 42 U.S.C. § 653a(h).
