1.  The Department shall, not less than once each business day, provide to the Chief of the Program for the Enforcement of Child Support of the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services the information included in the directory established pursuant to NRS 606.100. The Department shall provide the information by electronic or magnetic transmission.

2.  The Chief shall, pursuant to the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 653a(f), compare the information received pursuant to subsection 1 with the information contained in the state case registry established by the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 654a.
