An applicant for a license to operate a barber school shall file an application with the Board in such form as the Board may prescribe accompanied by the fee required by this chapter.

- Barber school: includes a school of barbering, college of barbering and any other place or institution of instruction training persons to engage in the practice of barbering. See Nevada Revised Statutes 643.010
