‘Esthetic medical device’ means a device, as defined in 21 U.S.C. § 321, used to perform an esthetic medical procedure, including, without limitation, a laser, a radial shockwave device, a cryotherapy device and a device that emits radio frequencies, plasma, intense pulsed light, ultrasound, microwaves or other similar energies.
