‘Makeup artist’ means a natural person who:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Engages in the practice of makeup artistry; or
2. Instructs other persons in the practice of makeup artistry, regardless of whether the person is licensed by the Board in any branch of cosmetology.
