The provisions of this chapter do not limit any statutory or common-law right of any person to bring an action in any court for any act involved in the transaction of the escrow business or the right of the State to punish any person for any violation of any law.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 645A.200
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
