‘Trustee’ means:

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • National Bank: A bank that is subject to the supervision of the Comptroller of the Currency. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is a bureau of the U.S. Treasury Department. A national bank can be recognized because it must have "national" or "national association" in its name. Source: OCC
  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.

1.  A state or national bank or savings bank;

2.  A trust company;

3.  A federally insured savings and loan association; or

4.  A credit union insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund or by a private insurer approved pursuant to NRS 672.755, authorized to transact such business in the State of Nevada and designated as the trustee of the trust fund in a prepaid contract.
