‘Appointment of agent’ means a statement appointing an agent for service of process filed by a:

- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
- Service of process: The service of writs or summonses to the appropriate party.
1. Domestic entity that is not a filing entity or a nonqualified foreign entity under NRS 77.380; or
2. Nonresident guardian.
