• Administrator: means the Administrator of the Purchasing Division. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
• confidential business information: means any information relating to the amount or source of any income, profits, losses or expenditures of a person, including data relating to cost or price submitted in support of a bid or proposal. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
• Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
• Director: means the Director of the Department of Administration. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
• person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
• Purchasing Division: means the Purchasing Division of the Department of Administration. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
• Trade secret: has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 600A. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
• Volunteer fire department: means a volunteer fire department which pays premiums for industrial insurance pursuant to the provisions of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, or chapter 617 of NRS. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
