§ 392.167 Petition for court order permitting enrollment of child under name other than name appearing on birth certificate or other identifying document

  • Airport: means any area of land or water which is used, or intended for use, for the landing and takeoff of aircraft, and any appurtenant areas which are used for airport buildings or other airport facilities or rights-of-way, together with all airport buildings and facilities located thereon.   • Charter school: means a public school that is formed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 388A of NRS. See Nevada Revised Statutes 385.007
  • Common law: The legal system that originated in England and is now in use in the United States. It is based on judicial decisions rather than legislative action.

  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
