Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 100-A:46
- board: shall mean the board provided for in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 100-A:1
- Retirement system: shall mean the New Hampshire Retirement System as defined in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 100-A:1
The executive director shall be in charge of the office of the board of trustees of the retirement system under the direction of the board. The executive director shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the board.
