Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 115-A:4
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The adjutant general shall from time to time prepare a roster of the names of residents of the state who have qualified for bonus payments under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 115-A:3, and shall certify the same and prepare a manifest to authorize the state treasurer to make payment from funds not otherwise appropriated. The governor is authorized to draw his warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
