I. If facts sufficient to sustain the petition are established under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 169-C:18, the court shall enter a final order in writing finding that the child has been abused or neglected.
II. The order of the court shall include conditions the parents shall meet before the child is returned home. The order shall also include a specific plan which shall include, but not be limited to, the services the child placing agency will provide to the child and family. Prior to the issuance of a final order, the child placing agency shall submit its recommendation for the plan, which the court may use in whole or in part.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 169-C:21
- Child: means any person who has not reached his eighteenth birthday. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 169-C:3
- Child placing agency: means the department, Catholic charities of New Hampshire, or child and family services of New Hampshire, or any successor organization. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 169-C:3
- Court: means the district court, unless otherwise indicated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 169-C:3
- petition: when used in connection with the equity jurisdiction of the superior court, and referring to a document filed with the court, shall mean complaint, and "petitioner" shall mean plaintiff. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:51
