This chapter shall apply to any court ordered placement or placement for an episode of treatment as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 193:27, VII, of any minor pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 169-B or any child pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 169-C or RSA 169-D, for the purposes of the effective implementation of any such placement.
