Any child day care providers exempt from licensing under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 170-E:3 which receive state funds or subsidies in payment for the provision of child day care shall, as a condition of receiving state funds or subsidies, provide their names, birth names, birth dates and addresses, and the same information for any individual residing in the child day care provider’s household who may be responsible for the care of, or is in regular contact with children, to the department prior to the receipt of state funds or subsidies on or before July 1, 1999, and every 3 years thereafter. The department shall conduct criminal records and central registry checks on these names in accordance with the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 170-E:7.
