I. All decisions regarding listing and delisting of products for sale shall be made by the commission.
II. The commission shall adopt rules under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 541-A establishing procedures and criteria for listing and delisting of products for sale. These rules shall include procedures for appeal of commission decisions.
III. All requests for action regarding listing or delisting from vendors or their representatives shall be submitted to the commission, to the attention of the chairman.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 176:13
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Commission: means the state liquor commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
III. All requests for action regarding listing or delisting from vendors or their representatives shall be submitted to the commission, to the attention of the chairman.
