The purposes of the library forums are to:
I. Encourage information sharing between area libraries.
II. Promote cooperative planning and services among area libraries.
III. Provide liaison between area libraries and the state library.
IV. Communicate with the commissioner on local needs and state library services.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 201-D:9
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
