  • Uniform Commercial Code: A set of statutes enacted by the various states to provide consistency among the states' commercial laws. It includes negotiable instruments, sales, stock transfers, trust and warehouse receipts, and bills of lading. Source: OCC
The separate volume of the session laws for the 1959 session published pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 20:2 shall not include this act adopting the uniform commercial code. This act shall be published in the Revised Statutes Annotated.
