Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 211:8-b
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The executive director or his representative may, from time to time, enter and inspect any dam or impoundment in any river or stream, or inlet or outlet of any pond located within the state of New Hampshire to insure the adequate installation, maintenance and operation of fish passage facilities required by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 211:8-a.
