Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 214:24

  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
No person except as hereinafter provided, shall at any time engage in this state in the business of buying the furs or skins of fur-bearing animals or the hides or skins of deer, without first procuring a license so to do, and then only in accordance with the terms of such license and subject to all the provisions of this title.
