Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 238-A:2
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
There is hereby established the New Hampshire transportation council for the general purpose of defining, in partnership with the department of transportation and the New Hampshire general court, a 21st century, multimodal transportation network and evaluating new modes or technologies that would improve the efficiency and accessibility of any transportation source. The council shall be administratively attached, pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-G:10, to the department of transportation. The council and the department of transportation shall enter into a memorandum of understanding to avoid duplication of effort.
