Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 276-A:12
- youth: shall mean any person under 18 years of age. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 276-A:3
Where a youth is employed in the same day or week by more than one employer in manual or mechanical labor in any employment not included under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 276-A:11, the total time of employment shall not exceed that allowed per day or week in a single employment.
