Unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, the membership rights of members, other than the members’ limited liability company interests, are personal and non-transferable except to the extent that a transferee may succeed to membership rights under the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:121, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:123, or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:124.
