I. Membership rights in a limited liability company are intangible personal property.
II. A member has no interest in limited liability company property.
III. Unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, the membership rights of members, other than the members’ limited liability company interests, are personal and non-transferable except to the extent that a transferee may succeed to membership rights under the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:121, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:123, or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:124.
