The provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9-406 and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9-408 shall not apply to any interest in a limited liability company, including all rights, powers, and interests arising under a operating agreement or under this act. The provisions of this section shall prevail over the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9-406 and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 382-A:9-408.
