- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The fact that a certificate of formation is on file with the secretary of state is notice that the entity formed in connection with the filing of the certificate of formation is a limited liability company legally formed under the laws of New Hampshire and is notice of all other facts set forth in the certificate which are required to be set forth by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:31, II.
