Unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, matters reserved for decision by vote of members other than a specified member or members shall be decided by unanimous vote of the other members in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:100, II, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:100, III, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:121, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:122, I, and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:124.
