Subject to the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:105 and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:153, the dissociation of a member shall mean the termination of all of the member’s membership rights except:
I. The member’s limited liability company interest; and
II. The rights identified in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-C:99.
