Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 311:11-a

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The word “corporation” as used in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 311:11 shall not include a corporation of attorneys organized as a professional association under the provisions of RSA 294-A.
