Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 339-C:15
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The franchise available to the successor under this subdivision shall be no more or less than the franchise held by the dealer at the time of his death. This subdivision is not intended to expand or diminish the rights of suppliers or dealers under state or federal law.
