- justice: when applied to a magistrate, shall mean a justice of a municipal court, or a justice of the peace having jurisdiction over the subject-matter. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:12
In order to ensure compliance with the performance standard specified in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 339-F:4, data from testing conducted by manufacturers to comply with this performance standard shall be kept on file by such manufacturers for a period of 3 years and shall be sent to the commissioner upon its request and to the department of justice upon its request.
